We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You’ll receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Rates

Standard Shipping

• Flat Rate: $9.95 AUD
• Free standard shipping on orders over $100 AUD

Express Shipping

• Flat Rate: $14.95 AUD

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout for bulky or oversized items.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Standard Post: 2–8 business days

• Express Post: 1–4 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary during peak periods or due to carrier delays.

Tracking

All orders include tracking. Tracking information will be sent via email or SMS once your parcel has been shipped.

Important Information

Please ensure your shipping address, email address, and mobile number are entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for parcels delayed or returned due to incorrect customer information.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel is delayed or arrives damaged, please contact us and we’ll assist in resolving the issue with Australia Post.
